The different milks
Savoie Yaourt uses 4 types of milk:

3 standard milks


- Cow's milk (Savoie): the very strict standards we apply ensure that only the highest quality milks from Savoie are selected to make our yogurts. Milk is collected from dairy farms every 2 days.

 

- Goat's milk (France): a distinctive taste which marks the difference with cow's milk

 

- Sheep's milk (Aveyron): a subtle, rich and slightly sweet flavour.  It has a higher fat content than cow's milk or goat's milk which is why Savoie Yaourt partially skims its yoghurts.  So consumers can treat themselves as often as they like!

 

1 organic milk


Organic farming is a guarantee of a quality standard that operates in respect of the environment and animal wellbeing. Savoie Yaourt uses only organic cow's milk (France)
